Case registered

NAGAON, Sept 1 - Advocate Inamul Huda has registered a case against MLA Siladitya Dev for his frequent controversial communal remarks about the NRC. Dev has alleged through the media that the final draft NRC is incorrect, names of 1.10 crore Bangladeshi nationals have been included in the NRC final draft, 30,000 out of 55,000 employees working in the NRC update process are against Assam and Assam will be converted into an Islamic nation etc. Advocate Huda observed that these remarks of an MLA will affect the age-old peaceful atmosphere of the State.
