BADARPUR, Dec 22 - The bypoll for Baraigram Zila Parishad ended peacefully on Monday.
A total of 46,375 voters cast their votes in 61 polling stations, where seven candidates are in the fray.
Official sources said that barring a few incidents like rigging and snatching of ballot boxes, the poll was by and large peaceful. Sources also informed that about 60 per cent votes were cast.
