Bud CC edge out Chandmari SC

GUWAHATI, March 18 � Bud Cricket Club defeated Chandmari Sports Club by 10 runs in a close match of the Bhupen Ch Mahanta trophy GSA A Division Cricket League at the Nehru Stadium here today.

Opting to bat first Bud CC scored a commendable total of 231 for five in 35 overs. Ranjan Deka top scored with 82 while Jagjit Singh added 32. The chandmari batsmen made a hot chase but fell 10 runs short as they managed to score 221 for six in the stipulated overs.
