GUWAHATI, March 9 - Bud Cricket Club thrashed Ankurjyoti Club by five wickets in the Nabin Chandra Tamuly Memorial GSA A Division Cricket League today.
Deciding to bat first at the IIT ground, North Guwahati, Ankurjyoti gathered a challenging 149 for seven in the stipulated 35 overs. Dipanjan Mazumdar (59) was their leading scorer. But Tarjinder Singh and Mukut Kalita made it easy for Bud CC remaining unbeaten on 63 and 38 respectively. They reached the target in 27.2 overs.
