GUWAHATI, April 27 � Bud Cricket Club emerged champions in the City Cricket Coaching Centre organised Golap Hazarika and Arti Hazarika T20 Cricket Tournament.
In the final played at the Judges� Field here this evening, Bud CC earned a convincing five-wicket victory against City Cricket Club (Blue). Opting to bat first, the City Blue team reached a challenging total of 181 for the loss of eight wickets. Nipon Deka was their top scorer with 51 off 37 balls. Tarjinder Singh picked three wickets for Bud giving away 22 runs.
In reply, Bud cracked 153 for five with three balls to speare.
Hrishikesh Tamuly was their top scorer with a 52-ball 48.
