KOKRAJHAR, Aug 19 - The opposition Members of Council Legislative Assembly (MCLA) of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) staged a one hour demonstration in front of BTC Secretariat on Monday, demanding immediate implementation of the Governor�s order on the formation of a Territorial Level Coordination Committee (TLCC) & Village Council Development Committee (VCDC).
The dharna programme was organised under the banner of Opposition United Forum in which altogether 18 Opposition MCLA�s joined.
The leader of the forum, Rwngwra Narzary, slammed Hagrama Mohilary for his autocratic style of functioning and threatened that the Opposition United Forum would move the High Court, seeking early intervention of the elections for the TCLCC and VCDC in the council.
