GUWAHATI, June 5 - A two-day high-level meeting of all senior officers of BSNL, Assam was held here on June 3 and 4.
During the meeting, detailed discussions took place with a view to implementing the mission and vision of the newly elected Government of Assam.
Discussions on improving infrastructure for each and every department and aspects like E-governance and M-governance were also held.
Discussions and efforts are going on for providing all co-operation and expertise to help the Govt of Assam in turning their mission and vision into reality up to the role defined to the BSNL, a press release stated.
BSNL Chief General Manager MK Seth has assured that all the demands from the State government will be implemented in its letter and spirit.
In order to implement all the works of the Govt of Assam, a team building exercise is made by the BSNL for proper execution of the demands of the State government.
The Assam Telecom Circle, Guwahati has also felicitated the principal and ten meritorious students of Govt HS Blind School, Baisistha, Guwahati as part of its corporate social responsibility. In order to motivate them, BSNL is also organising a cultural programme, which is to be orchestrated by the blind students themselves.
