BSF reaches out to womenfolk

TURA, Sept 14 - The BSF, in an effort to reach out to women in the border region, has provided bakery training to 40 young women at Dalu in West Garo Hills. The initiative was taken up by 183 Bn BSF in collaboration with Regional Vocational Training Institute, Tura. The two-day training was aimed at helping unemployed young women. �The participants were imparted training in preparation of various types of cakes, biscuits, bread and muffins�, said BSF sources.
