GUWAHATI, Feb 20 � The annual Brahmotsavam and Sata Chandi Homam organised by Purva Tirupati Sri Balaji Mandir, Betkuchi here at the mandir complex will be held from February 22 to March 4. During the first five days, Sudarsana Yagnam will be performed in glory of Lord Balaji and Goddess Padmavati. In the remaining five days, Sata Chandi Yagnam will be performed in honour of Goddess Durga and Lord Ganesha. Important functions during the festival are 108 Kalasha Abhishekam at 9:30 am on February 24 and Kalyana Utsavam at 5 pm on February 25 and Maha Abhishekam to Lord Balaji and Maha Purnahuti on February 26 at 9 am. Lalitha Sahasranam Archana will be performed every day in the evening from February 27 to March 4 while Chandi Yagnam will be performed on March 4 at 9 am. Besides, Maha Chandi Paath is being organised at Maa Kamakhya Mandir from February 27 to March 1.

All devotees are requested to participate in the functions. This was stated in a press release.
