GUWAHATI, Aug 3 - On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan today, the sisters of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris tied rakhi to Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi at Raj Bhavan today.�
Prof Mukhi thanked the sisters and said this age-old tradition of tying the sacred thread signifies a special bond between brothers and sisters and symbolises love and trust.�
