Talking to media persons, Narzary further said that an executive meeting of the central working committee was held on January 30 in Baksa district in which some important resolutions were adopted after prolonged discussions regarding the ensuing BTC election.

At the some time Narzary also informed that an all-party delegates team will soon meet the Governor of Assam and submit a memorandum demanding dissolution of the present BTC Government before formal notification of the BTC election and take over the charge of administration in his own hands observing the present situation. It would, they hoped, help to hold free and fair election, and to arrange a discussion with all political parties of Assam on holding of BTC elections.

Narzary also informed that this time BPPF will contest in all the 40 seats while practical understanding with all like-minded political parties are going on for wining the seats and forming a corruption free BTC government, he said.
