UDALGURI, Sept 28 - Local outfit Boroland AC today confirmed their berth in the quarterfinals of the ongoing 23rd Bodofa Upendra Nath Brahma Gold Cup Football Tournament being played here at Udalguri Stadium beating ITBP, Katihar of Bihar 2-1 in a closely played match.
The Boroland AC boys started with a positive note with striker Bijay Dash firing the first salvo in the 27th minute.
After the break, Swmkhwr Swargiary of the Boroland AC increased the tally to 2-0 in the 46th minute while Min Ming Thang of ITBP, Katihar reduced the margin in the 63rd minute.
