GUWAHATI, March 10 - As a mark of deep respect towards his selfless services rendered for the benefit of Guwahati and its residents, a special book on social activist Dhiren Baruah has been brought out by his well-wishers and admirers.
The book � Dastavez � contains write-ups on the life and works of Baruah, who has also served as Chairman of the Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority, apart from launching the NGO Save Guwahati Build Guwahati (SGBG) that has been raising several civic issues concerning Guwahati and other issues of the State.
