GUWAHATI, Dec 13 - The 44th Assam State Body Building Championship for Mr Assam Senior, Junior, Masters, Miss Assam Fitness and Men Model Physique will be organised by the Kamrup District Physique Sports Association under the aegis of Assam Body Builders and Fitness Association (ABBFA) at the Bhogeswari Phukononi Indoor Stadium here from tomorrow.
� Altogether 200 players from all over Assam have confirmed their participation. The registration of players will start from tomorrow and the finals of the championship will be held on December 15. Chief Minister, Sarbananda Sonowal has given us the consent to be present during the finals of the championship,� said Bhabajyoti Goswami, general secretary, ABBFA.
�Based on this championship the Assam team will be selected for the Eastern India Junior, Masters and Senior Body Building Championship to be held at Nagaon, Indore and Gurgaon.�
