SHILLONG, June 15 - The body of Ramesh Bara (45) was recovered at Madanriting here today.
According to police, a police and fire fighting team rushed to a godown last night when it was on fire and later found the body.
According to East Khasi Hills SP, Claudia Lyngwa, three persons were picked up by police in this connection.
�After initial interrogation, out of the three, one was arrested and the others were released,� Lyngwa said.
According to the SP, the deceased was a resident of the area since the past four years and was working in the rice godown.
