GORESWAR, Jan 14: UN Academy, a Bodo medium school, was inaugurated at Gashbari Chowk by Hemanta Deka, president, Bardangerikuchi Gaon Panchayat, recently.
Deka, in his speech, appreciated the steps taken for establishing the Bodo-medium school. He assured all help to the school for its development. Phanidhar Nath, retired headmaster, Patidarrang Ballika Vidyapith, and social worker, Kanthi Saikia, principal, Adarsha Jatiya Vidyalaya, Gashbari, Abdul Latif Choudhury, journalist, Bhaben Boro, ex-president of the Goreswar ABSU unit, and Mantu Boro, principal of UN Academy, Hachong, praised the school management committee for its initiative. Kabindra Boro, principal, UN Academy, Gashbari, stated the purpose of the function and offered the vote of thanks to all. Among others, Prabin Kumar Narzary, Bhupen Boro, Ganesh Boro � financial director, chairman and managing director respectively of UN Academy � Girin Chandra Deka, retired principal, Brindaban HS School and Hachi Ram Boro, social worker, were present at the function.
