GUWAHATI, Sept 21 - BNI Guwahati Region, a part of Business Network International (BNI), a business networking and referral marketing organisation, launched its 4th chapter BNI Desire on September 18, with 54 members, and members-passed referrals resulting in over Rs 40 lakh in closed business, stated a press release issued here.
BNI Guwahati Region is managed by regional director Siddharth Garodia. The new chapter will be led by president Amit Agarwal, vice president Navin Harlalka and secretary treasurer Dhiraj Dutta. Bimal Samal, district director of BNI India, and Siddharth Garodia were present during the launch.
The press release said the philosophy of the organisation is built upon the idea of �givers gain�. By giving business to others, people get business in return. The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive, and professional business networking and referral programme that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with quality business professionals.
