GUWAHATI, Aug 14 - Old Boys� Association, Sainik School Goalpara (OBA SSG) is going to organise its 11th blood donation camp on the occasion of the Independence Day tomorrow from 9 am at Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati.
The OBA SSG has been organising blood donation camps in different parts of the country and this year the same is being held at Jorhat, Dhemaji and Goalpara, apart from Guwahati. Last year, the Association donated more than 100 units of blood on the Independence Day for the needy persons.
OBA SSG is a non-profit socio-cultural organisation working for unity and development of the nation, the Northeast in particular. Registered in Guwahati under the Societies Registration Act, the organisation has also been active in cultural field.
It has appealed to all its members and other interested individuals to come forward to donate blood on that day.
