GUWAHATI, Sept 10 The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) on Monday slammed the Congress, both in the State and at the Centre, for its policy of appeasement of illegal infiltrators and demanded of the government to take strong action against terrorists and infiltrators.
Addressing mediapersons here, MP and national president of the BJYM Anurag Singh Thakur said that policy of appeasement of the Congress has put the security and integrity of the country at risk and has threatened the existence of the indigenous communities in States like Assam.
The Congress which has failed on all fronts and has set an unprecedented record in corruption and scams has never stood for the people of the country, said Anurag adding that all political parties should now work for the interests of the country and the indigenous communities.
The youth leader also expressed surprise at some parties including the Congress calling the BJP communal for raising issues concerning national security.
