GUWAHATI, Nov 16 - Along with other parts of the country, BJP cadres in Assam also staged protests on Saturday seeking Congress leader Rahul Gandhi�s apology on the Rafale issue after the Supreme Court gave a clean chit to the Narendra Modi government on the matter.
Ruling party cadres held demonstrations at all the district headquarters of Assam. In Guwahati, BJP workers protested outside the party�s district office at Christian Basti. Guwahati Lok Sabha MP Queen Oja was also present. State BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass led the protest at Barpeta.
