ITANAGAR, July 6 - While admitting that Arunachal Pradesh has been currently facing �numerous challenges�, Chief Minister Pema Khandu today claimed that the ruling BJP is the only party which can overcome them to make the frontier State prosperous.
Khandu said this while attending a party programme organised at the Golden Jubilee Banquet Hall here this morning on the occasion of the 118th birth anniversary of Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee, founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh. He also promised to work with full dedication in the interest of the State.
Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports (independent charge) and Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju, Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, BJP national secretary in-charge of Arunachal and former Assam MP Ramen Deka and State president Tapir Gao also addressed the gathering.
