DIBRUGARH, Sept 5 - The catholic diocese of Dibrugarh has expressed grief at the unnatural death of Namrata Sharma, a student of St Mary�s School, Naharkatia.
In a press statement, Joseph Aind, the Bishop of Dibrugarh conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members and hoped that God comforts them during this hour of grief. He also assured prayers for the repose of the soul of the deceased child.
Bishop Aind, the head of the Catholic church in Upper Assam further called upon the district administration and the police to ensure a thorough investigation into the suicide case to unearth the truth.
