GANGTOK, Oct 9 - The Gangtok candidate of the Hamro Sikkim Party, Bhaichung Bhutia today launched a �Ghar-dailo� campaign in the Kazi road and Tibet road areas. He was accompanied by a huge number of well wishers and party cadres.
�The massive turnout of local people in these areas to greet Bhutia is an indicator to the rising popularity of Bhaichung Bhutia as the leading candidate in election. �We have got a positive response from the people that helps me to march forward, and I will try my level best to bring in development in Sikkim,� he said.
Further he added that if he could stand up for the nation in the toughest games, he shall surely stand up for Sikkim and its capital during the critical period. Bhutia has been associated with several social organisations in the State.
