TEZPUR, Jan 8 - Rupayan Social Welfare Society here is organizing a Bhogali mela in association with various SHGs of Sonitpur district with a four-day programme starting January 10 at the Tezpur Hem Baruah Hall.
The secretary of the Society, Lakhya Jyoti Kalita said the event will be inaugurated on January 10 by the DC of Sonitpur, Laya Maduri.
The president of the NGO, Deepjyoti Rajkhowa Bora has urged all concerned to extend their help and cooperation in order to make the event a success.
