GUWAHATI, Oct 15 - Results of the Bharat Ko Jano Quiz Competition organised jointly by the Bharat Vikas Parishad�s West Guwahati branch and Dispur branch at the ITA Machkhowa on October 14, have been declared.
The competition was held in two groups - senior group (Class IX-XII) and junior group (Class VI-VIII).
In the senior group the first three places were secured by Ritwick Sinha and Rituraj Sarma of Don Bosco School, Panbazar; Unmilan Kalita and Aditya Anand Jha of Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Silpukhuri and Mondeep Bayan and Jatindra Prasad Das of Cotton University, Panbazar. The quiz master in this group was Akshay Seal.
In the junior group the first three winners were Krishti Nayana Nath and Arman Afif of Don Bosco School, Panbazar; Krishanu Sarma and Shoumavo Bannerji of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public School, Barsajai and Abhigyan Aruprav Mahanta and Rihin Roy of Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Silpukhuri. The quiz master in this group was Dharmaraj Joshi.
The first and second teams from both the groups will now participate in the State-level competition scheduled to be held in Kokrajhar on October 28.
