GUWAHATI, Nov 7 � The results of the State-level �Bharat Ko Jano� quiz competition, held on November 4 at the District Library, Bongaigaon, was declared, stated a press release.

The quiz was conducted by quiz master Bibash Das Purkayastha.

In senior group, Shree Agrasen Academy of Dibrugarh, represented by Sangeet Kunan Bezboruah and Anit Bhattacharya; Army Public School of Jorhat, represented by Anamitra Baruah and Agnidh Baruah; and DPS Dhaligaon, represented by Angkuran Dey and Arkoprobho Chakraborty secured first, second and third positions, respectively.

In junior group, Maharishi Vidyamandir-1, Silpukhuri, Guwahati, represented by Arunabh Bharadewaz and Neelav Barman; Sampurna Kendra Vidyalaya of Dibrugarh, represented by Shooni Guha Majumder and Arnab Handique; and Don Bosco School, Guwahati, represented by Ritwick Sinha and Junaid Shafee, secured the first, second and third positions, respectively.

Both the two top teams will participate in the national-level quiz competition scheduled to be held on December 27 and 28 at Varanasi.
