DIPHU, Nov 4 - A three-day �Sraddhanjali� programme to mark the 8th death anniversary of Dr Bhupen Hazarika is being jointly organised by Diphu Club and All Assam Students� Union (AASU), Diphu regional committee, from November 3.
To mark the occasion, an art competition among children was organised at Diphu Club on November 3.
In connection with the programme, a singing competition on the songs composed by legendary singer Dr Bhupen Hazarika was also organised, where around 90 schoolchildren took part.
