GUWAHATI, July 18 - The Government Railway Police (GRP) today recovered 175 packets of banned Yaba tablets worth several lakhs of rupees from two women suspected to be drug peddlers.

In this connection, the GRP has registered a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and arrested the peddlers � Soma Paul and Sangita Modak.

They hail from West Bengal and were heading from Dimapur to Alipurduar.
