GUWAHATI, March 5 - A meeting was held here today with Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup (Metro) Virendra Mittal in the chair to review the forthcoming visit to the city of Bangladesh President Md Abdul Hamid.
Hamid will arrive here on the afternoon of March 8 and spend the night at a city hotel. He will be accompanied by a 60-member delegation.
Hamid will depart for Meghalaya early morning on March 9 and spend the day in the neighbouring State. He will return to Guwahati on March 10 afternoon and depart immediately for New Delhi.
However, Hamid�s itinerary during his stay in Guwahati on March 8 is yet to be declared.
