DIBRUGARH, Feb 11 - The 12-hour Assam bandh called by the All Adivasi Students� Association of Assam (AASAA) today in support of their demand for Scheduled Tribe status failed to evoke any response in the city and its adjoining areas here.
All business establishments, financial and educational institutions were open and functioned as usual. Vehicles also kept plying like on any other day.
