GUWAHATI, Sept 29 - Well-known poet and novelist Sankha Subhra Devbarman of Tripura, recently received the Times Stellar Icon 2020 Award in the field of literature.
Dev Barman explores the local folklore, art and culture of the indigenous people of North East India in his creative writings.
