GUWAHATI, Dec 8 - The Jeewan Ram Mungi Devi Goenka (JRMDG) Lifetime Achievement Award presentation ceremony and the 11th JRMDG Memorial Annual Lecture will be held at 5 pm on December 10 at the ITA-Pragjyoti Cultural Complex, Machkhowa, here.
This time, the Lifetime Achievement Award will be conferred on five noted cultural and literary personalities. They include late Arun Sarma (posthumously), Bidya Rao, Dilip Kumar Hazarika, Archana Mahanta and Phatik Barua.
The 11th JRMDG Memorial Annual Lecture will be delivered by noted academician and chairman of the Royal Global Group of Institutions Ashok Pansari on the topic �Life and Works of Jyotiprasad Agarwala.�
Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi and noted writer-journalist DN Bezboruah will attend the function as the chief guest and the guest of honour respectively.
