DIBRUGARH, March 17 The Assam Tea Tribes Students Association (ATTSA) today stormed the Dibrugarh branch office of the Assam Chah Mazdoor Sangha (ACMS) at Khalihamari here in protest against the recent daily wage accord signed between ACMS and the Consultative Committee of Planters Association (CCPA), in which meagre hike in the wages of the workers has been proposed.

The protesters included ATTSA members from the city, Borborooah, Lahoal and Tengakhat regional units. The students body demanded that the wage of the workers must be hiked to at least Rs 300.
