Youth Org Way foundation distributes oximeters, thermometers at Cachar Health centres

WAY Foundation, a youth-led organization based out of Guwahati distributed thermometers and oximeters across various health facilities in Cachar district on Sunday.
Indrajit Sinha, director of Way Foundation said "amidst circumstances when COVID-19 is still posing threat and the much talked about third wave of the pandemic is looming large, we thought of extending services for the cause. We have distributed 8,333 Surgical Masks,1,100 Oximeter and 1100 Thermometer in Urban PHCs, Sub Centers of Cachar district."
The need of the hour is to ensure that we augment the medical supply and medical infrastructure to resuscitate India. Along with medical aid support WAY Foundation is also working towards mental health support, digital education support and supporting people from the lower economic belt in getting vaccinated, Sinha maintained.
He informed that initiative has been taken in association with Breath for India, Farm2Food Foundation and Youth Involve Fellowship.
