Guwahati, April 5: Two surrendered National Liberation Front of Bodoland (NLFB) militants were killed in an encounter at Runikhata area near Indo-Bhutan Border in Chirang district on Monday night.

As per reports, the two surrendered NLFB militants were allegedly involved in dacoity and were killed during the police firing.

Meanwhile, Prakash Medhi, the Additional Superintendent of Police of Chirang, has been injured during the incident.
