Diphu, August 24: After ending of the two day-long, first Deputy Commissioner's conference of Assam held at Diphu, headquarter town of Karbi Anglong autonomous district chaired by Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma Chief Minister while interacting with the media persons Dr Sarma told that a roadmap has been equipped for holistic development of Assam during the 21 hour long brainstorming session; he mentioned that schemes on priority basis have been marked for taking up in the coming six month time.

He announced that to remove the impediment of land revenue department mission Vasundhara will be initiated. He mentioned that along with the state government's priority projects the central sponsored schemes will also be executed in full spirit.

He said that certain administrative reforms will be done to remove administrative hurdles of Deputy Commissioners, and in the next Tezpur session action taken within this six month phase will be evaluated.

In broad government thrust areas like creation of district infrastructure, food and civil supply department's one nation one ration card, land acquisition – allotment and survey of non cad astral land, transport and mines- minerals, forest, Excise- PMKSY- Irrigation, power, social welfare, Jal Jeevan Mission, health, education, P&RD& livelihood, agriculture (PM Kisan), GDD (housing for deprived), Fisheries PMMSY, PWRD (PMGSY) PWD(B&H) etc have been featured in two day session, the Chief Minister said.
