Guwahati, June 23: After setting up these inflatable Covid medical units at Mumbai, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Picturetime now reaches North East, and sets up its first unit at Sibsagar Assam. Located at Siu-Ka-Pha Multi-Speciality Hospital at Raja Bari, the company has delivered sixty oxygen beds with ICU facility which was inaugurated today by Keshab Mahanta, Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Science and Technology and Information Technology, Government of Assam and Ranoj Pegu, Minister of Education, Welfare of Plain Tribe & Backward Classes, Assam. MLA, Thowra, Sushanta Borgohain was also present at the event.
After inaugurating the Picturetime Covid Hospital both the ministers and other dignitaries did a thorough inspection of the functioning of the inflatable medical enclosures and interacted with the staff present.
Dr. Prakash Kolnoorkar, CEO, Swargadew Siu-Ka-Pha Multispeciality Hospital , Rajabari, and Mr. Sushil Chaudhary, CEO and Founder Picturetime threw further light on all the facilities of the unit.
On speaking about this facility provided by Picturetime Dr Kolnoorkar says "As the next step towards the responsibility of saving more lives during this deadly pandemic, we were planning a 60 bed hospital, to manage Covid Patients at Sibsagar Siu Ka Pha Hospital but the main issue was setting up a building which would have taken minimum 3-4 months and we weren't fine with this timeline and we were on the look out for a ready made solution and fortunately we got the reference of Picturetime. A wonderful concept, they have installed 60 beds with ICU Facility within a week to ten days. This was beyond our expectation. I'm sure there must be many who still aren't aware of this facility but once more and more people get to know of it, it will be of great help to the society in many ways. We are so thankful to PictureTime for joining hands with us on this noble initiative".
