Raha, May 26 : A woman from Garmari locality of Raha died moments later at the Sub Health Centre (SHC) here on Wednesday after she tested positive for COVID-19.
According to information available, the 40-year-old woman was suffering from fever and cough symptoms for a few days. The victim came to the health centre for Covid test on Wednesday. After testing it was found that she was positive and same was informed to her. Soon after knowing of it, she died instantly at the hospital.
Meanwhile, Raha has registered 11 deaths in the pandemic till the filing of this report.
