Akhil Gogoi suspended from House during Governor's address

Guwahati, Mar 14: Independent MLA Akhil Gogoi was suspended from the House for the duration of the Governor's Address in the Assam Legislative Assembly today.

Gogoi was suspended by Speaker Biswajit Daimary for repeatedly disrupting the address by Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi during the first day of the Assembly's Budget Session.
