Diphu, Nov 6: The Nagaon Football team on Friday entered in the final in the ongoing 57th Inter District Junior Football championship, 2021.
The junior football championship match is going on at the Garaimari Stadium Ground of Langhin Tiniali Sports Association, Karbi Anglong which is being organized under the initiative of Assam Football Association.
Friday's match was very exciting and ended goalless. Later, the Nagaon team today won the second semi final match in the tribecker by 4-3 and entered in the final after defeating the domestic Karbi Anglong football team.
On the other hand in the first semi final on Thursday, Marigaon defeated Kaliabar by 4-0 goals. The final match will be held on 7 November between Nagaon and Morigaon district respectively.
