Guwahati, Jan 10: A 19-year-old girl, who was pursuing her graduation from a local college, was found hanging under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Patharquary area of Guwahati today.
An investigation has been initiated, however, police are yet to ascertain whether it was a suicide or murder.
As per sources, the body has been sent to the GMCH for autopsy.
Meanwhile, when the incident took place, the parents of the deceased were not at home.
Further investigations are going on.
