GUWAHATI, Jan 4 - Assam posted a six-wicket victory against Rajasthan in the Senior Women�s T20 League in their Plate A Group third match.
At the JSCA International Stadium Complex, Ranchi today, restricting the opponent to 90 in 20 overs, Assam women scored 91 losing six wickets with four balls to spare. Rumeli Dhar (not out 49) and Mamtha Kanojia (20) were the leading run getters for Assam while Devashree Konwar was the wrecker in chief with three scalps.
Earlier, Himachal Pradesh beat Assam by 11 runs. In reply to Himachal�s 101 for six in 20 overs, Assam were restricted to 90.
