DIBRUGARH, June 5 � The Assam Tribune Edufair, a popular education fair of the region, got under way today at Dibrugarh District Sports Association indoor stadium here, where ample career options have been made available for students of the region.
The psychometric test is a new concept introduced in the fair to enable students to test objectively their intelligence, aptitude, personality, mental ability, strength, weaknesses and taste to make the right career choice. The test is being conducted by experts from Mind India at the venue, where counselling and career guidance is also provided to the visiting students.
Response to the education fair increased towards the evening as students were seen thronging the venue. Various professional courses are being exhibited through stalls at the fair.
