GUWAHATI, June 26 - Assam swimmers won six gold medals on the second day of the 46th Junior National Swimming Championship which is going on at Rajkot in Gujarat.
Assam also won two bronze medals in the meet.
Medal winners: Shivangi Sarma 400m freestyle Group I girls (gold), Sanskar Bhuyan 200m freestyle Group III boys (gold), Bikram Changmai 100m butterfly Group I boys (bronze), Subhranshini Priyadarshini 200m freestyle Group III girls (gold), Astha Choudhury 100m butterfly Group I girls (bronze), Ayush Borah 50m breaststroke Group IV boys (gold), Partha Dutta 50m breaststroke Group III boys (gold), Pahi Borah 50m breaststroke Group IV girls (gold).
