NEW DELHI, Sept 21 - A 25-year-old woman from Assam named Anu Pachua was allegedly found hanging from a ceiling fan on Wednesday in an apartment in Gurgaon�s Silver Oak condominium in DLF Phase-I.
The woman was a domestic maid who had been working since the last five years in the same house, where she was found dead.
The family that lives in the apartment was out when the incident took place. Both husband and wife were at their respective work places, a police official said.
The couple�s 15-year-old son found the maid hanging from the ceiling fan as he returned from his school at around 2.30 pm. He then informed his father, who called up the control room to report about the case, police said.
