GUWAHATI, May 18 � Assam women boxer Jamuna Boro, representing India, won the first round match in the World Youth and Junior Boxing Championship being played at Taipei.
In the first round match, Jamuna defeated her German opponent Kethrina. In the next round, she will take on a Thailand boxer, informed Assam Boxing Association secretary Hemanta Kumar Kalita.
