Q. My phone is not detecting the power bank I use for charging. I tried turning off both devices but to no avail. Please advise.

A. You should try and confirm if the issue is with your phone or the power bank itself by connecting a different phone or device to see how it behaves. Also, try charging with a different cable to make sure that the cable itself is not faulty. If the power bank is at fault, you can take it for repairs.

Q. I’m not being able to download the YouTube Kids app on my iPad. Please help.

A. Make sure your device is backed up to iTunes. You may also need to change your parental control settings. Turning your device off and then on again also helps. After restarting, go to the App Store and give it a try.
