ITANAGAR, Sept 3 � Arunachal Pradesh Home Minister Tanga Byaling today expressed concern over the missing of local trader Techi Gelo in Gohpur area of Assam.
Byaling, in a statement, cautioned the civil society not to move to any area beyond the State without having any acquaintance or a genuine reason.
A junior engineer who in the past was lured to go to Tezpur by unknown persons had lost his life, he said.
�Divisive forces are targeting the peace-loving people of Arunachal. Therefore, it would be prudent to remain always alert,� Byaling said. � PTI
