ITANAGAR, Aug 5 � Arunachal Pradesh is all set to float global tender for re-introducing chopper service in this land-locked State, Chief Minister Jarbom Gamlin said here yesterday. �We will invite tenders at the earliest from all airline authorities within the country and abroad for re-introducing chopper service which was suspended from May this year,� Gamlin told reporters.
Till April this year, Arunachal Pradesh had chopper service operated by Pawan Hans Service which was suspended after the death of former Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu in a chopper crash near Tawang on April 30.
Gamlin said that the black box was not found, but other available materials from the crash site had been sent to France for investigation. � PTI
