He assured the Union Minister that all DoNER funded works would be completed on time and all utilisation certificates would be submitted.

The CM also ensured on judicious and efficient use of the financial package which would be used for durable asset creation with quality work. On monitoring of works, he called for independent monitoring agencies.

Pul further sought support to alleviate the financial burden borne by the State on construction of State Assembly building and Civil Secretariat.

The DoNER funded Assembly and Secretariat building could not be completed on time earlier with all the funds gone exhausted.

For completion of the buildings, the State Government had to take over as States project, he said, adding, work is going on in full swing with Secretariat building to be completed by end of this month and the Assembly building by August this year. PTI
